The objective of our development activities is to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction. This begins with the comprehensive evaluation of incoming customer enquiries and analysis of the requirements on the basis of drawings and data records sent to us.
We work with the latest versions of all CAD software modules commonly used in the automotive industry (e.g. CATIA, ProEngineer, Solid Edge, etc.) in order to ensure the fastest possible evaluation of optimum producibility. In addition, with our simulation software for solidification processes, we are able to transform customer requirements into a product that can be implemented in the foundry as quickly as possible as well as being able to find potential savings and optimisation.

Through our tight network of pattern and mould making partners we are able, from the outset, to achieve the best symbiosis between the required design, precision and practical implementation in our production facilities. We offer our customers a large number of materials, from grey cast iron and ductile iron to SiMo and Ni-Resist through to stainless steel. Our expertise includes consulting services as well as the development of materials for special applications. To this end we use our close relations with universities and the test bed technology available to us in-house.

Our team also deals with product development before series production begins. This includes dimensional and wall thickness analyses as well as porosity and material tests. These are supported with the help of state-of-the-art technology in order to avoid multiple validation rounds for our customers. Among other things, 3D optical measurement and our own computer tomograph are available.
